
Portal Chaos
In Portal Chaos, we play the little witch Klara, who accidentally opened unstable inter-dimensional portals. This must then combine the gems with the portals to close the secondary color portals.
In this Jam, we only had 48 hours and the main theme was "the multiverse". I was assigned the role of game designer as well as lead programmer.

48 hours is not a lot!
As a theme, we had "the multiverse". So I started thinking about ideas related to portals and transportation. My first idea centered on a little girl capable of teleporting through time to modify elements of the past in order to change the present. However, I realized that environment artists would have difficulty in just 48 hours creating all duplicate objects (past and present). That's why I opted for a much less complex level: a classroom where invading portals had to be closed. This decision also allowed our VFX artist, Charles, to better familiarize me with Unreal's Niagara.
